Ingredients of Bacon Tomato Bites
- 1 cup sliced grape tomato
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 16 leaves endive
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 crushed lightly bacon
